After a summary of anatomy, physiology and pharmacology, the context for the use of infusion medical devices and their description are presented.
The reader will then find practical instructions for performing an intravenous infusion, from the venous access up to the setting and monitoring of the different devices.
The last chapter deals with the management of risks and complications associated with infusion
The AgiliaACADEMY was created to help you improve your knowledge of the Agilia Connect infusion devices through detailed product in-services and quizzes as well as expanding your knowledge of infusion-related topics.
For each of the courses offered above the option of testing your knowledge at the end through a quiz is available. If you pass then a Professional Development certificate will be automatically generated for you.
